Chatter Box makes explaining a simple idea difficult in a very specific way: the presenter has a limited bank of words to work with. The rest of the group tries to find the answer from the clues that can actually be assembled.
Guesses become part of the conversation, giving the presenter new material to borrow. Everyone follows the same developing clue stream on their own device, and the presenter role rotates through the group.
